How to Repair an Xbox 360 The Proper Way

Sunday, May 31, 2009 0 comments
Around Five months ago, while playing Halo 3 my Xbox 360 all of a sudden died on me. I've known that many people have had the Red Rings of Death (RROD) so it didn't come as to big a surprise. But just because it didn't come as a surprise doesn't mean that it was easy to accept so I just sat there with my mouth wide-open in disbelief of what happened to me. Even though my warranty was outdated I figured I had to resort to Microsoft to get my Xbox 360 repaired. That cost me a good $165 to have my Xbox 360 sent off to be "fixed". Two months later, when I got my system back I was gaming for about 2 weeks when the Red Rings of Death hit me again. This being the second time, I shipped off my Xbox back to Microsoft, spending another $165 dollars. I figured that Microsoft would fix it this time around for some reason. When I got my 360 again, months later, it was after a short time of having it that I got the Red Rings of Death again.

I started looking all over the internet for a solution on how to fix an Xbox 360. I ended up finding a handful of different so called repairs so I figured that I'd give them a try. The repair method that I tried, one of the more popular ones, known as "The Towel Trick" ended up killing my entire Xbox 360 leaving me with a totally irreparable console. It's obvious that I was pretty angry by this point, but I had to have an Xbox 360 so I purchased a new one. Only a few months of having my new Xbox it starting having problems and then one day got smacked dead in the face with the Red Rings again. With this many tries and this many failures of having an Xbox 360 that actually worked properly I started to think that I was doomed at finding a resolution. With all my failures I was determined more than ever to learn how to fix an Xbox 360, because I was not going to turn to Microsoft or risk using some lame and risky fixes online.

Eventually, after some more searching the internet I found exactly what I was looking for all along.

The repair guide that I found is known as The Xbox 360 Red Light Fix. After I sifted through all of the crap info that's on the internet I stumbled on this website that promised I could have my system fixed in under one hour following a set of high definition video tutorials. I wasn't sure if this was a legit claim but I was determined to find out since they seemed more professional and confident in their claims then the other sites that I had found so I gave it a try. You can check it out immediately at, The Xbox 360 Red Light Fix Pro Gamer Edition

xbox 360 red light fix pro repair guide To put it simply I got the repair guide, watched the tutorials, did what it said to do and guess what? It clearly demonstrated for me me how the Xbox 360 is supposed to be repaired and helped me repair my own Xbox 360!I couldn't be any happier that this repair guide lived up to it's claims. I was gaming it up again in exactly 57 minutes. And I did this repair to my system almost 5 months ago. Once I made that fix my system hasn't had any problems, or over-heating issues of any kind. After I fixed my system I shared the guide with some friends of mine and they were able to repair their 360's as well. Many of my friends didn't think there was a guaranteed solution out there, but this guide helped them with their broken 360's.

With that said I just want to bring this guide to everyone s attention who are having similar problems and need a guaranteed repair. I know how bad it sucks to have a system that's out of commission because it has the Red Rings of Death. With the repair guide I used you won't have to worry about the Red Rings of Death any longer or ever again so take advantage of this guide while your still reading this. Since I've repaired my Xbox 360 I've also found a handful of other guides similar to the one I used that work just as well.
